The Presidential Suite is a fabulous place in a location that couldn’t be better.Stylish and comfortable with everything you could want and all so beautifully presented. We have booked with York Boutique Lets before so had no worries about booking with them again. We were not disappointed! We booked Compton Lodge and found the apartment to be clean and comfortable with everything that you would want for a family stay. Being situated about 15 min walk from the city centre and with a parking space was ideal for us.We have always found York Boutique Lets friendly and professional to deal with and they are always the first place we look to book our stays in York.
We have just returned from staying in an incredibly comfortable apartment in Dixon’s Yard, York. The property is conveniently situated to the main attractions/tourist spots; the Shambles, York Minster and many museums just a short walk away.Inside, the property is spacious, clean and comfortable. There is a lift which takes you down to the the car parking ( in the basement) and all external doors are keypad/ key entry, so the building felt very secure.I would highly recommend this property and will definitely be returning!
Exceeded our expectations – the apartment is huge with two big bedrooms, two en suites and a guest toilet. Nice simple kitchen and living space and a sweet little outdoor courtyard. Everything was spotless. Location was perfect for watching the York marathon, and we booked a parking spot through JustPark on Manor Court 20 seconds round the corner.
We stayed with a group of friends. Apartment was fine. Location was nice. Beds were very good. However the equipment in the kitchen for cooking was very bad. It was not possible to cook something proper with the 2 very small pans which were present in an apartment for 6 persons.
We stayed at the bluebridge apartments in York.A short walk to the city’s center. The apartments are well presented and have everything you could possibly need. Nice little extra touches and would highly recommend, we hope to return soon .
We stayed here for a long weekend at the end of August with our family. It was a beautiful apartment with everything we could need. The free parking was easy to organise and very handy. The apartment was a 5 minute walk from the city walls, again very handy for town. It was a hot weekend but there are fans provided! Our only issue was some street noise but we’re from out in the sticks so it’s often something we notice. Also, everyone at the company was very responsive to questions prior to our stay. Thanks for a great stay – will definitely be back!
I stayed at the Plum Tree Retreat for a few days. Beautiful and clean accommodation with fully furnished kitchen and utensils. The location was really convenient if you need to regularly access York hospital. Student friendly too and a secure location.
Stayed at The Haven at The Lawrence Apartments for 2 nights. Absolutely beautiful apartment, very spacious and both rooms had an en-suite bathroom! Spacious living area and very well thought out kitchen! Would definitely stay here again 10/10!!!
Myself, my partner and my mother stayed in the Flat 1 Aura Appartment for a weekend visit to York. Appartment was immaculately clean, well furnished and good size with 2 x double bedrooms and within a short walk to city centre. I would definitely stay here again.
The Mews – 2 Bedroom Luxury, Spacious House With Free ParkingThis accommodation was very well equipped and comfortable – good location to walk to the city, get the bus.The only downside was the lack of information on the parking – we had a small estate and getting in the space was exceedingly challenging – a larger vehicle would probably not go up the lane or manoeuvre in! The bedrooms would benefit from black out blinds.
We stayed at the Cocoa Suite Apartments. Just 10 minutes stroll from main town, activities, bars and restaurants.Our room was comfortable and quiet overlooking the river. The bed was comfortable despite the comments from others. We had everything we needed. The only problem we had was the wall heater didn’t work. Service offered to come and look but it was all fine without it. Good communication with the team. Highly recommend staying here.
Stayed in Minsters reach apartment. Amazing location and well equipped. Only disappointment was that we were told there would be covers etc for sofa bed, but the duvet we were left didn’t have a cover and was full of holes, so not great for my little one. Other than that would stay again…and maybe bring a blanket!!
My girlfriend and I stayed at Henry court flat 2. The flat was very well maintained and clean.Situated about 20 minutes away from the city centre, nice and quiet also private parking space which was an added bonus.We would definitely recommend and stay again in the future.
We stayed at 21Hudson Quarter. The apartment is perfect. Very well situated close to the railway station and easy access to all city attractions. The apartment itself is beautifully furnished and the beds very comfortable. Everything you could possibly need is included. We spent the most beautiful days at Hunters House. My parents, my husband, my baby daughter and I found it perfect for discovering the city’s wonders. The flat was beautiful and perfectly equipped.
There were four of us who stayed at ‘The Presidential Suite’ in York hosted by York Boutique Lets. Firstly, the safe allocated parking is a big bonus as we drove to York. The place itself is tastefully decorated and was very clean upon arrival. The living/dining area was superb, the bedrooms/bathrooms were great and overall everything was perfect. Centrally located within a stones throw of York Minster and the centre of York. Highly recommend this place if you’re visiting York and York Boutique Lets as a company also. Nothing negative to say whatsoever.
We stayed for two nights at the Kings Apartment. It is very stylishly designed, but also feels very welcoming and like a home away from home. The sofas/recliners in the lounge area are really comfortable and provide enough space for everyone, something that was a big plus over staying in a hotel. The kitchen provides everything you need to cater for yourself, and the bedrooms and bathrooms are spot on too.Everything York has to offer is right on your doorstep, but the apartment was still lovely and quiet (we stayed Friday and Saturday nights and barely heard a noise!).Overall, excellent central location with the perks of feeling like you are at home. We only stayed a couple of nights, but could easily have stayed all week!
Myself and my three friends have this weekend just stayed at 21 Hudson Quarter Apartment in York and it was great! What a GORGEOUS apartment! We totally loved it! From the fabulous decor, stylish soft furnishings & high quality fixtures and fittings. The whole apartment had a wonderful homely feel whilst being super swish and immaculately clean!The beds were also extremely comfortable, (so much so I checked who the mattresses were made by as I’m now thinking of getting one!)We were surprised too at just how quiet the apartment was for such a central location, which was great!As four female friends we also felt super safe in these gated apartments that had a security office available at all hours.The communication prior to our visit was also excellent, as this was a self check-in apartment but thorough directions were emailed about where to find the key-safe and how to find the apartment, which was close to ‘The Grand’ hotel.We would all definitely return again in a heartbeat! In fact we didn’t want to leave! We may return in the summer next time though so that we could also enjoy use of the private balcony too!Many thanks ‘York Boutique Lets’ for helping to make our reunion weekend so great!
We stayed at the Mount Hideaway, it was a spacious and well-situated apartment. The staff communicated well in advance, despite being unavailable over the holiday period. Recommend going with them directly over Airbnb or Booking. The flat was clean and well-furnished, however the kitchen was missing some key items.
Stayed here last week! Very well equipped house with plenty of space. Loved the log fire! The coffee machine was cool but needs some instructions!
Fabulous place to stay. The apartment is gorgeous. Very spacious, very comfortable. In a prime location. We even had a christmas tree in the lounge. 4 large bedrooms, all ensuite. Everything you need in the kitchen. The beds are super comfy. We will definitely re-book to stay here. Thank you for a fabulous weekend.
We were a party of 4 retired ladies who stayed at Patrick’s Pool right in the centre of York.The location was excellent to enjoy the Xmas markets, restaurants & attractions.It would have been helpful to have a number on the door as it didn’t look like the picture.
3 ladies stayed at 6 George Street, York. House was lovely, everything we could need, and very clean. City centre location made walking around easy and convenient. Would recommend.
Great location. 3 minutes from railway station. Spotlessly clean. Staff great. Toilets not fully working for 2 out of 3 days only reason not 5 stars. Did everything possible to fix!! Everything you need for a great stay.
Great apartment, nice and clean. Very central location and just a little walk away from most places. 3 toilets and 2 bathrooms very handy for us 4 girls. I’d definitely stay here again 🙂
We stayed in Hudson Quarter which is the most convenient location for the rail station and city centre. The apartment is beautiful and modern with all amenities, and very clean. Staff are very responsive about queries. Sad we only stayed short time!
We came to celebrate our son’s graduation from St. john’s university. This was an unbelievable experience that took place inside the York ministry! The Plum tree apartment was perfect for us 3. Nice and clean, comfortable furnished with a washer and dryer. The Christmas market was so much fun! We highly recommend this apartment it is a 15 min walk to city center or jump on a bus right outside on the main road. Wigginton or Haxby Rd. If you like a late check out we learned you have to prebook this 2 days in advance! we were a little late but they still accommodating us with a £25 fee.
We stayed in Patrick Pool apartments in York offer exceptional accommodation that leaves a lasting impression. It located at a central location. The cleanliness of the accommodation is highly regarded, ensuring a comfortable and hygienic stay.
A lovely apartment, well equipped and great location, only 10 minutes from York City centre. The apartment was clean, comfy and cosy, with a good selection of shops and restaurants close by. Would definitely stop again
We stayed in one of the Cocoa Suite apartments in York and would definitely stay again. The accommodation was centrally situated, extremely clean and provided us with everything we needed from washing up liquid to towels in a modern, spacious flatlet with a wonderful view of the river. What particularly attracts us, and I would very much recommend, is the ability to contact the company managing the letting by text or phone and getting a response when you need one should any minor difficulty arise. This is rare.
We booked 2 apartments on Livingstone Street and both were fantastic! Great support and communication leading up to our arrival and couldn’t fault the apartments. Excellent value for money and great condition. Would recommend and will certainly use again.
My husband and I stayed at Lucy’s Lodge this last weekend. From the moment we walked in we fell in love with the flat, the decoration, the touches and details are exquisite.Very handy if you are looking at visiting York, as it is only a a short walk from the historical Walls, plus it has got parking!We are looking forward already to staying again!Thank you York Boutique Lets 🙂
We stayed for a family wedding, and arrived late at night so very grateful to arrive and so very happy to arrive and there be tea, coffee, and milk already there and a very comfortable bed. The apartment was very well equipped with everything we needed and spotlessly clean. Very handy for both York city centre and easy access to other areas. Will definitely check to see if available next time.
We stayed in The Creamery for a week – what a house! Absolutely beautiful, so much space, so cosy and welcoming. We wished we lived there! House had everything we needed for a week’s stay. Such a great location on the outskirts of York too and was super handy for our family in Haxby, just a quick drive to the supermarket and village for supplies, close to town and the designer outlet mall too just down the bypass. Really quiet location and highly recommend.
We booked last minute for a city centre apartment. We stayed at patricks pool and happy we choose this one. Couldn’t of got a better location. We all had our own bathrooms which was a bonus. The apartment was immaculately clean and the beds were very comfortable. Highly recommend this company.

I have seen many beautiful places and extraordinary hotels for accommodation and spent holidays in them, but I think this apartment is one of the most beautiful and with everything you need to feel extremely good and comfortable, bearing in mind that York is a city with many attractions and York Boutique Lets is a chain of apartments spread throughout the city and is accessible for all budgets and with everything you need. Recently stayed in the presidential suite on bootham, York. Absolutely stunning property, a stones throw away from the centre too. Parking was easy and accessible.
