The property is located at the end of Bootham which is the main historic city entrance from the North Ring Road A19. It is also just a short walk to the Museum Gardens and the relaxing river area for river walks. Close by, in the opposite direction away from town, are a few lovely specialist shops, delis and cafes.

The accommodation itself is spread over two floors and is the decor throughout is modern and luxurious. Furnished to the highest of standards it offers lots of space, quality, and comfort, inside and out.

There is a 43” Smart TV in the living room and comfortable sofa seating for 4 guests, there is a dining table for 4 guests, and a modern kitchen fitted with high quality appliances throughout including AEG cooker, oven, microwave, wine cooler, washer/dryer and dishwasher. There is also a downstairs toilet.
Heading off the living room there is a downstairs bedroom with a king size zip and link bed, offering the flexibility of bed set up choice. The bed will be made as a king however can be made as 2 singles upon request. There is also a smart Tv. There is also a modern en-suite shower room.
On the second floor is a double bedroom with a shower ensuite. All the beds come with hotel quality linen and towels provided.
There is an outdoor courtyard area with seating for 4 guests.
Parking for one vehicle is in the private car park charged at £10.00 per day (must be pre booked). Additional vehicles find space on local streets where a permit is not required, or at nearby Marygate car-park.
Ironing facilities are provided alongside a hairdryer. WIFI is also provided for the duration of your short stay in York.
